A Bishop in Spanish is the "Obispo" a relevant charge in the catholic
church.
The Mitre is the "Mitra" the high hat with triangular shape that wear
on his head the Bishops in relevant ceremonies
The Mitre box has to be the place where the Mitre of the Bishop is
stored between ceremonies.
If my memory deserves "inglete" is a carpentry tool or part.
