Yep. Stick a toopick into the sauce, then swirl it around your chili 
and feel the heat. One person, a LUGger, from a hot country where 
they serve a lot of very spicy food visited us and touched the tip of 
his tongue directly to a drop of the sauce. You could see his face 
starting to turn red and sweat from the tongue-tip back within 
seconds. He didn't try it a second time.
