I use iView MediaPro. It supports DNG, is very fast and has many
other organizing and filing capabilities. I used a number of other
programs before, including Extensis Portfolio, but switched to iView
a while ago. I view all my pictures in it and edit them before
starting up PS. Bridge is better than the old browser, but it is
still a slug. I always have iView running while working on a number
of pictures in PS so that I don't need to use Bridge. Works on Macs
and Windows.
