I opened up my copy of "Photoshop User" over the weekend and there, featured on the cover, was how to take a photographic portrait and, using Photoshop and what used to be called Fractal Designs Painter, to make a WORK OF ART! The whole thing made me grumpy since the implication was that if it were a photograph it couldn't possibly be a work of art - at least it wouldn't look a proper painted portrait should. Did it just hit me wrong or did anyone else see this and react the same way? I can't find a link - so I'll just sit here and gump about it quietly. :) Adam On 8/1/05, Tina Manley <images@infoave.net> wrote: > > http://beckycarter.com/color.html > > Scary! > > Tina > > Tina Manley, ASMP > http://www.tinamanley.com > > > > > _______________________________________________ > Leica Users Group. > See http://leica-users.org/mailman/listinfo/lug for more information >
