If you put the adapter on a M camera, then use the camera without removing
the adapter ( screw on the lenses, do not remove the adapter) you have what
is essentially a LTM M camera.  It will be a lot newer, has 1 eyepiece for
focus and VF, and it could use a faster loading mechanism.

It will cost you more than a IIIF as older camera is a relative bargain
relative to a M-anything.
