Seems to be a downsizing problem. The picture looks very pixely to me. The 
black front shock absorber (of the bike in the middle) for instance, looks 
like a "pixel stairway". How did you downsize it? Is it the gallery tool 
that does it - because many of them make very cheap downsizing without 
bicubic recalculating. A Photoshop downsize with decent unsharp masking 
looks different, IMO. Just my 2 pesos...
