You're hopeless, B.D.! You'd never be a good businessman. 

Now ... you already have their money (the one's with the pre-orders)
so it's not going to help you a bit by giving them anything. Better to
send the cameras off to a country where they can be sold at full
retail price with a hefty margin. That's new money, you see? :-)
