Subject: [Leica] thread size for 14160 (series VI filter holder)?

the elmar-V 65 (black)  takes a series VI filter, held
on by a screw-in ring 14160.  i'd prefer a regular screw-in filter but 
i'm not sure of the thread of that screw-in ring.  it seems JUST larger 
than the E43 filters I have.  http://www.photofilter.com/Step_up.htm shows
steup up rings in sizes of 43.4, 44 and 45.  

anyone happen to know what size that screw-in ring 14160 really is?
