Unfortunately, rewashing seldom works. The materials that dry onto film when 
the Photo-Flo doesn't work properly are not typically water soluble. Some 
are, but most wrong-washing residues are insoluble particulates that were in 
suspension in the water.

Plan to get it right on your next roll of film. Don't set your hopes on 
being able to rescue this one.
