I think your anticipation is entirely correct. Jesus and Moses are both 
highly regarded within Islam. I'm not an expert and am only paraphrasing 
a discussion I had with the professor of Arabic here a few weeks ago: In 
fact they are bigger prophets, because they are older. Both have left 
"books" behind them (people of the book). So I seriously doubt that you 
would be able to get a religious Muslim to show disrespect for the Bible.
