Larry The price of an M3 body in 1954 was $US 288. Properly adjusted for inflation, that would now be a bit under $2,000. So, yes, Leica has raised the gate by approximately half again (150%) over the inflationary upsurge. Sell the M7's for $2,000 MAP, and Bob's your uncle.
