Mark,

I've mucked about with the image a bit.  Do you mind having another
look? 
It's an RGB image, because I convert to B&W using Channel Mixer rather
than Grayscale (thanks for the settings, BD!).

She's brown and he's green. I think the fact that it's an RGB file is
screwing stuff up and it needs to be converted to a grayscale file.

I'd grab the middle of the curve and drag it up a notch.

Interesting shot light wise. With that catchlight in their eyes it makes
me
wonder what the lightsource really is. I'ts like a low window or door.
Really looks grayed over though so we cant see what the quality of light
really is.
Kind of looks like you turned the light on too fast before the pixels
really
fixed. You're supposed to wait 20 seconds first! :)
