But why you'd want ot shoot 100 speed film on such stuff is really for me a head scratcher. A mural project? I think you need a little or a lot more DOF more and faster shutter speeds more than you need images which will show the split ends on your eyelashes. Also why slides? They are real pain in the but are you doing a slide show? To me this is all about faces. But many I wish I could really see but can't. 800iso film and I would be able to clearly see them. 100iso to me is such way overkill that in effect you've killed some of the impact of the images themselves. IF it was me and they wanted 30x40 inch prints for a show I'd still shoot this kind of stuff with fast film. And have the color be color neg or digital. But all this criticism is purely technical.
