Hi Adam,

The shot is too clinical -- IMHO. There's more to this lass's face and 
character than you show. She needs more environment. She has to relate to 
more than 
a mirror. What are her interests? Who in your family does she feel 
comfortable 
with? A good portrait should have some context. A smile isn't enough. I hope 
you don't mind the constructive advice.
