B&H, B&H, B&H...that's the place.

I go for the grey market if it's available, if it's not I go for USAW.  I 
try 
to steer clear of the USA stuff to save a few bucks.  The consensus seems to 
be 
that there really isn't any difference.  (Watch, here's where I get nailed 
for 
saying that.)
