Doug,
What's the contact info for that
Leica tech? I'd like to pass it on to
my Leica-toting daughter, who resides
in the shadow of Harkness Tower and
uses some of my hand-me-down gear.
Were you by any chance familiar
with the long-departed Fair Haven
Camera, a treasure trove of then-
unfashionable LTM gear? I bought
screw mount lenses there for $25
a piece. In those days Walker Evans
was still coming into New Haven
one day a week to teach and give
critiques, and he critiqued my
portfolio.
Peter Choy.
