Actually, I'm one of the few who actually like New Haven, so it's 
fortunate. :-)  We just checked the price of housing and it's darn 
right affordable ($200,000 range) compared to most cities. And of 
course there's Modern's, Sally's, and Pepe's.... sigh.....

p.s. Those are the name of the top three pizzerias in the country, 
nay.... the nation.
