I hope I can do something as good as yours. I guess I should inform the group that I am new to LUG. I have offered a comment or two in the last couple of weeks, but I have not shared any of my own photos. Also, I've not told you much about myself. Since most of you seem to have known one another for awhile, it looks like it makes it easier for you to share your comments about subject matters. Therefore, here is a little about me. I live in Walnut Creek, California and have for many years. For those who don't know where this is, we are about 30 east of San Francisco in what they call the East Bay. I am a retired banker and certainly not anywhere close to a professional photographer. I just enjoy photography - all aspects of it. I own a lot of Leica gear (both R and M). I also own an Olympus E-1 and seem to be using it most of the time now. And, why I still own it I don't know, but I also own a Hasselblad 503x (I guess I'm sentimental and hate to think about getting rid of it). I also have my name on the list for the R digital module back, but keep wondering if I'm doing the right thing. Well, that was probably far more than you ever wanted to know about me, but - - - -. So now, I have finally built up the courage to share my first photo with you. Hope you like it. By the way, this is the mountain (the right hand summit) they have been talking about riding their bikes up (very slowly) and down (very fast). http://gallery.leica-users.org/album58/5206960_MtDiablo_PHview1xx Thanks for letting me participate in LUG and I truly do enjoy viewing all of your wonderful photos and learning more about photography! - Jim
