No this has nothing to do with a tsunami.

If you should at sometime attend a visit by the ocean side please keep this 
in mind as they happen without warning. So it's prudent anytime one is 
seaside, including us folks who live by the ocean, to keep an eye on the 
water just in case.

I live just a couple of blocks from the ocean. The beach as well as the
overlooks, walks, and trails near the water are posted with warning signs
(in English, Spanish, Russian, and Chinese) that point out the danger of
rogue waves and undertow, with the message "PEOPLE HAVE DIED HERE" added for
emphasis.
