Myself, EI 400 is the slowest I ever use, with rare exceptions when I feel in a mood to experiment. I did so with Delta 100 a while back. Very nice. I suspect that Delta 100 would give Agfa APX 25 a good run for the money, something I mean to be a compliment to both. I don't like to use tripods. So EI 400 gives me sharper shots than the slower films would, simply because the higher shutter speed helps me out. You'd be surprised at how much sharpness suffers even at 1/250. Not that you can't hold the camera still, but people tend to move.
