Rei... I wanted to check this out with 
you and others... I recently found the 
lux 75mm at 1.4 harder to focus close up 
accurately than the Noctilux at f1... 
both of course in very limited 
light...my recollection is, that this is 
to be expected based on the dof...

is this correct? You find the same?
