Subject: [Leica] Noctilux add-on focus ring

I have become aware of a faster focus ring add-on for the Noctilux lens but 
cannot find out where to get one.I know it is not produced by Leica but more 
than that and I'm lost.
I'd appreciate any information on this add-on ring and where I can get one.
