Surely you jest good sir?

Yes I have on several occasions during my 54 year career as a professional 
photojournalist taken pictures of any number of unconscious people under 
many conditions!  On other times, dead people!

I suppose my answer may appear some what flippant, but then I don't quite 
understand your question? What is the point you are making?
