THE photograph will not write only on a
super/hyper/whatever system. It is simply out there,
but so elusive that you'll have to bring both mind and
sight together to see it. Then, capturing is nothing
more than a mere click.
How to achieve that? I don't know all the answer--all
I know is good pictures came whenever I had forgotten
the equipment I had been using. Perhaps that's why we
are so attracted by the Leica M stuff. Just do this
next time you go shooting: notice how often you forget
you are holding it!
