Who's lying? > Tarek Then that is what you are photographing. A staged event. It's like that Russian doll or the multiple image you see when you're between two mirrors. That is the truth. The truth is the phony scene. That may fool the viewer, but it doesn't fool the documentary camera. Sure, the Nazis set up Thereisenstadt as a model camp to pass Red Cross inspection, but the camera could not be fooled. Bob
