Subject: [Leica] Kyle steps in and settles the argument: what is not a photograph?
From: KCassidy at asc.upenn.edu (Kyle Cassidy)

The following things are not photographs: oranges, tents, travel irons,
neckties, grass clippings, stonehenge, beetles, shoes, lamps, nasal spray,
pocket lint, queen elizabeth, ribbons, asphalt, dead rats, string, kites,
fish ponds, gazebos, trombones, sprocket holes, oil lamps, whales, grout,
cheese, and feather beds.

In addition, the work of William Eggelstein while techinically photographic
in nature, is awful.

And now, two photographs. Un altered. One's the truth, and one's a lie.

You may now discuss the best hat for a Leica owner to own.

Keep pushing that shutter button, it'll come unstuck,
