             It aint finished yet - they are putting up more shops,
facilities and building
             a LCC ( Low Cost Carrier ) terminal to wit - to be ready 2006

             Terminal 3 is slated for opening 2007 - and more shops

I agree! I stayed* there on a trip to Malaysia and it was wonderful.
And tons of shops.

* The airport is so large it even has a hotel *inside* the airport.
You never have to leave customs.
