His cockpit shots of the tulip greenhouses at sunrise are pretty wonderful. You see the orange red strip of light on the horizon and the glowing greenhouses on the land. Pretty wonderful stuff from the *istD. Don't forget that the newer Pentax autofocus stuff is pretty cheap and will make shooting even easier. The fast fifty should be around $250 new. Of course, a used 42mm 50 F1.4 runs $25-$50. Good luck. Second, I see you in the market for a SMC 50 1.4 soon. Third, your secretary seems to be saying, "I can't believe you aren't using one of your Leica's". :) really :) Don dorysrus@mindspring.com It is the ist DS, tiny by digital slr standards. Yeah I am out today, probably to get some fast glass. This is quite a camera. Even at 1600 iso the noise is acceptable. _http://www.sonc.com/dark.htm_ (http://www.sonc.com/dark.htm) shot by the spill light from the door, and from my desk lamp five feet away pointed down.
