My guess is that they are German or from the Austro-Hungarian Empire 
("Februar" 
not "Fevrier" so unlikely to be French). Any marks on the base or elsewhere?

Where are they on Eb** I don't want to buy, I am just interested to see what 
they look like. No, honestly...
