If you have R glass you want to use, the EOS cameras are your only real option. But if you are just interested in using a decent DSLR, my advice would be to hold, look through and shoot with each one, and buy the one that feels the best. They all work. Unless you have a special need for which one is better suited, ergonomics and glass can usually guide you to a decision you can live with. For me, the viewfinder test narrowed it to two cameras, and the fact that I have Olympus glass narrowed it to one.
