Interesting photos. I agree with some of the other comments:

1. Your tonal range is bad. Blown highlights and murky shadows. No 
detail in most of the african american participant's faces

2. Need to get much much closer to your main subjects.

3. A smaller selection would have more impact

But it's obvious you had fun at the march, which is what is important.
