Excellent pictures Phil. Very good. Were you in Vietnam as a journo?

As you say, some of the pictures have scanned really extraordinarily  
well - I wish I knew your secret!

I think I recognise the shot of the man leaning on his rickshaw having  
a cigarette from somewhere - was it used?
