Hi Philippe,

I would have liked to see some images of the cook at work, unless of
course everything was already prepared when you came.

A variation on that theme are some places here in the Netherlands (I
know of at least 2 in Amsterdam and one in Noordwijk) where a group of
people shows up and has to cook their own meal. The "restaurant"
provides all the ingredients and qualified guidance (plus of course you
do not have to clean up); the guests cook their meal in a professional
kitchen and later are punished/rewarded by having to eat it. This
concept works very well for groups of 10-20 people.
