BD... I think the issue of compactness is more likely to be a VF cutoff
issue.  At least that argument has some sense to it.  The comparison to an
SLR lens is of course true from a size standpoint, but the obstructed VF
issue is not there.

Personally I always thought tht if you wanted a WYSIWYG VF, you should buy
an SLR.
