Craig,
Really, straight Pan F shot at 50 and souped in my normal Xtol routine.
The separation is all the local atmospherics when the moisture
temperature ratio is just right.

I really go for this! No, not the "urban renewal" (aka "property

the picture ;-) I very much like the way that you have managed to keep
the front 
crisp and black while keeping the background buildings grey and
maintianing
