A new 75 makes sense if Leica is looking to the digital rangefinder 
market, the Epson RD-1 in particular, or they (hopefully) see the 
handwriting on the wall and are planning their own digital range 
finder.  Presumably the new 75 would carry a somewhat lower price tag 
compared to Summilux 75.
