There are many different tools to recover "deleted" files, they mostly work 
the same way. This one is indeed easy to use, and I can recommend it, too.

As you maybe know, "delete" does not really mean "delete" in most programs 
and operating systems; it just means the file is deblocked and set to 
"overwritable" - but the file stays where it was; and that's what these 
tools are recovering.

You should better not trust too much and believe you can always recover 
your files and so you dont need to be careful when deleting. Because if you 
have bad luck, the next files you save after "deleting" are placed just 
over the deblocked file... Following Murphy's law, this happens at least in 
50% of all cases :-) and once it's overwritten, only very advanced hackers 
and maybe some secret services might help you further.
