Steve,

I haven't had any problems mounting any of the "R" lenses that I own; 19, 
28-70, 60 macro, 70-210 and 280/2.8.  I also 
have an adapter to mount the lenses from my Kiev 6/ 88cm and they all work 
well.  As far as I know the only problems 
have been with the Canons having the full frame sensor where some of the 
Leica lenses interfere with the mirror.

Rick,

Camera set on Av mode, lens at f4, iso 200, hand held, didn't note the 
shutter speed, image slightly lightened and contrast 
slightly increased in PS
