Any 135mm lens on a screw-mount Leica will bring a penalty in focusing accuracy. The 90mm will focus more accurately and is more compact. Especially if you shoot mostly b+w slight cropping will give you a 135mm perspective from the 90mm negative; what am I saying, the same thing is true for color if you scan and photoshop the image. Try a 90mm f/2,8 Elmarit, twice as fast, not that much bulkier and still very reasonable in price. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Richard Sintchak" <rich815@gmail.com> To: "Leica Users Group" <lug@leica-users.org> Sent: Saturday, January 22, 2005 4:51 PM Subject: Re: [Leica] Need Advice > Consider the Nikkor 135 as well.
