thanks Tina, I luckily had my camera in the car, 
and grabbed it after finishing rounds...just a 
spur of the moment,  as is so often the case...

yes, simple human honest emotion...

not a problem, often I feel the image is a tribute 
to them.... I spend 98% of my time caring for 
these patients...when I am able to photograph 
them, and can capture something tangible of them, 
  it's often a wonderful emotional release...

I love to do it...
