I know the "official" photographer of the Barcelona Opera and even he had some problems. I'm agree, at 5,6 is excellent Saludos cordiales, Luis -----Mensaje original----- De: lug-bounces+luisripoll=telefonica.net@leica-users.org [mailto:lug-bounces+luisripoll=telefonica.net@leica-users.org]En nombre de dnygr Enviado el: sabado, 15 de enero de 2005 0:11 Para: lug@leica-users.org Asunto: [Leica] 50mm 2.8 @ f5,6 I like the 50mm 2.8 for a couple of reasons. I bought it because I could stick it in a coat pocket when I got to the Metropolitan opera or when I walk around New York. I found I didn't need a backpack or a camera bag and I consider that a plus. I found, however, that the lens, when stopped down to 5.6 gives wonderful photos. There's a three-dimensonality to them. I don't know if anyone else has found that, but I've taken some great photos with it at 5,6. What have you all found? Best regards--Doug Nygren ________________________________________________________________ _______________________________________________ Leica Users Group.
