Greg, neither Zeiss nor Hasselblad ever said this. Since Photokina, the word 
has consitently been 60% Leica EXCEPT for the 2 lenses made in Germany - the 
15/2.8 being one of those.

The prices listed at Classic Connection are pretty much 60% Leica or less - 
except for the 50/2, which is closer to 70% Leica, although we'll see about 
that after the 2005 round of Leica price increases trickles down. The prices 
in Japan have been even less than those announced in USA so far.
