Don't know if any french luggers are near a Carrefour but they are selling 
off their film cameras in the current January sale. I bought a Canon EOS300 
with 28-80 and 75-300 zooms for 114 euros, along with a couple of pocket 
Nikon Zoom 70Ws point and shoots (28-70mm) for 24 euros each for my nieces. 
It was tempting to pick up a Nikon F55 with 28-80 for 75 euros, a Minolta 
F404 kit with 28-80/80-300 zooms for 98 euros but there is a limit to what 
you can use!!
I wish they'd stock Leicas and give 75% off!!!
