There are over 1000 people on this list. There are ones who only use a 
Leica IIf and "meter? what the heck is that?" to people who use the Canon 
1DMkII with their R lenses, and everyone in between.

Fact is, Leica only released the M7 in 2001 or so. Yes, Mother Solm moves 
at glacial pace. OTOH, once you actually shoot with the darn thing, there 
is very little to improve upon in a Rangefinder system (e.g. any 
improvement means going outside the RF world).
