We used to have Jungle-Gyms, but personally, I never thought it would be that much fun to be like Hampster in his Habitat!) works for me- I like it, though I would have cropped tighter, and taken out a lot of the bottom of the frame- too distracting from the expression on the kid's face! I love the expression! Sort of like he's wondering. "Who's the perv with the wierd looking camera?".... Just joking! A good Familiy of Man type shot. The scenic is good, works for me if you were trying for an Infrared type of tonality with the light colored leaves. The side light and the composition is classic, and a vertical format for a landscape, while a departure from the 'accepted norm' ( Hey! We're not normal people, we're LUGgers, and noone in this world would accuse any of us of being anywhere close to normal!) works in this case- the composition really does work better for it. The only thing about it that might detract is the very high contrast, but that I ascribe to either the monitor I am using (calibrated, but for my workspace) or possible just the myriad conversions from film to the internet, then to my house- a whole lot of changes! Now that I have uttered, I guess I should go pick a couple of shots and let you guys have at it! Dan (I have no where else met nor communicated with Eric and the opinions here are soley those of the writer who not having his morning cuppa is also not responsible in large part for the post. I have neither received nor given help with any of the questions herein) Post
