Is very lost.

You could rescan and let the highlighted windows got to pot, bringing up
the mid-tones where your subject is. The windows would then provide a
strong contrast (without much detail).

All in all ... you should re-shoot the shot. She's disappearing into the
darkness, not chiseled out with light.
