Don,
the cross sections of the CV lenses were sent to me. The Zeiss ones I 
downloaded as pdf files from the Zeiss-Ikon site somebody posted on 
this list. The pdf files contain lots of detail, including MTFs of the 
lenses ready for production. Sorry I did not keep the URL after 
downloading.
