Subject: [Leica] selling used camera gear from Canada to USA

I have sold some of my surplus items into the US with no problems.
Occasionally the buyer would change their minds and send it back. That
is where it gets sticky. You will pay at least GST and possibly a small
duty if the customs agent has their book upside down. IF you have a
receipt for your purchase of the item, then you can claim the money
back. It has worked every time for me but it can take up to two to
three months before you see the refund.
