Occasionally the buyer would change their minds and send it back. That is where it gets sticky. You will pay at least GST and possibly a small duty if the customs agent has their book upside down. IF you have a receipt for your purchase of the item, then you can claim the money back. It has worked every time for me but it can take up to two to three months before you see the refund.
