If there is a FAQ somewhere, feel free to point it out...

I'm looking to get a 50/2 Summicron M and want to know good places to
shop on the web for a used lens.  Which dealer's condition assessments
can be trusted and who should I watch out for?  There is someone in LA
that I had a link to, but my web searches are coming up empty - I
visited the site once and the pages all have a black background. 
Anyone have a link to this dealer?
