I have not noticed any fogging with the lens on.  I've only had it for a
few months, but I have not noticed any fogging with the lens on.  The
pattern is pretty interesting.  I'll scan it when the negs dry.

Both.  Sometimes I cocked it before switching, sometimes not, and this I
remember distinctly.
